Allison Era was involved in the college recruiting process since her junior year in high school at the age of 16. Allison had official visits to Ivy League colleges, DI, and major DIII colleges in her sport of Ice Hockey. Finishing her first year of college at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Allie was named to the 2010-2011 ECAC West All-Rookie team. Allie has hosted college recruits during their official visits along with going through the process herself. She can offer her experience and insights of the process to you and your daughters.

Many coaches had a large list of prospects that they were recruiting, some they knew they would not get and others they hoped to recruit. In the many interviews we had with coaches it was always an advantage to point them to Allie's bio page which contained the unofficial documentation that they were interested in. It was easy for a coach to get information they needed such as grades, test scores, senior HS class schedule, letters of recommendation, or just a reminder of who you are, what you look like, who you play for, or where you compete.
